Fall/Winter Programs

  • Girls Strength & Conditioning (Grades 5 - 8)

    The focus of our indoor strength and conditioning series is overall fitness designed both for general athletic performance and as pre-season sports preparation.  Classes are a mix of stretching, bodyweight resistance training, core work, and cardio activity. 

    The programs run 60 minutes 1x week indoors at the Brookline Teen Center. Due to the small-group nature of the training, spots are limited.

    WINTER SERIES (Nov 4- Mar 2nd)

    MONDAYS 6:45-7:45pm

    The programs run 60 minutes 1x week for seven weeks indoors at the Brookline Teen Center. Open to middle and High school age participants. Due to the small-group nature of the training, spots are limited.

    FALL SERIES (Sept 9-Oct 27)

    MONDAYS 7:45-8:45pm (7th-12th Grade)

  • Baseball Skills and Strength & conditioning

    Combining baseball skill training and strength and conditioning work, this program is designed specifically for baseball athletes. The program is divided between conditioning for explosive baseball movements and arm care exercises, hitting stations, and throwing/glovework.

    The program runs 90 minutes per session 1x week for six weeks indoors at the Brookline Teen Center for boys in grades 4-8 . Due to the small group nature of the training, spots are limited.
