Current Programs

  • Middle School Strength & Conditioning (Boys/Girls Grades 5-8)

    The focus of our indoor strength and conditioning series is overall fitness designed both for general athletic performance and as pre-season sports preparation. The program is a mix of stretching, bodyweight & freeweight resistance training, core work, and cardio activity. Classes run 50 minutes 1x week indoors at the Brookline Teen Center. Due to the small-group nature of the training, spots are limited.  Classes are open to boys and girls grades 5-8.

    Lead Coach: Derrick Mwanje, 4x National Ugandan Crossfit Champion, former strength coach Ugandan National Rugby program, certified personal trainer, Level I Crossfit Trainer.

    The program does NOT meet during the following periods: Public school winter break (Monday 2/17 - Sunday 2/23).

    WINTER SERIES (Jan 16- Mar 13)

    THURSDAYS 6:20-7:10pm

    PROGRAM FEE: $215

  • High School Strength & Conditioning (Boys/Girls Grades 7-12)

    The focus of our indoor strength and conditioning series is overall fitness designed both for general athletic performance and as pre-season sports preparation. The program is a mix of stretching, bodyweight & freeweight resistance training, core work, and cardio activity. Classes run 60 minutes 2x week indoors at the Brookline Teen Center. Due to the small-group nature of the training, spots are limited.  Classes are open to boys and girls grades 7-12 with an emphasis on HS athletes.

    Lead Coach: Derrick Mwanje, 4x National Ugandan Crossfit Champion, former strength coach Ugandan National Rugby program, certified personal trainer, Level I Crossfit Trainer.

    The program does NOT meet during the following periods: MLK Day (Monday 1/20), Public school winter break (Monday 2/17 - Sunday 2/23).

    WINTER SERIES (Jan 13- Mar 13)

    MONDAYS 7:45-8:45pm & THURSDAYS 7:15-8:15pm

    PROGRAM FEE: $375

  • CO-ED MIDDLE SCHOOL STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
