Fall/Winter Programs

  • Baseball Skills and Strength & conditioning (Grade 7/8)

    Led by the Brookline HS varsity coaching staff, this program combines baseball skill training and strength and conditioning work and is designed specifically for baseball athletes. The program is divided between conditioning for explosive baseball movements and arm care exercises, hitting stations, and throwing/glovework.

    The program runs 90 minutes per session 1x week for six weeks indoors at the Brookline Teen Center. Due to the small group nature of the training, spots are limited.

    FALL SERIES (Sept. 18-Oct 23rd)

    WEDNESDAYS 7:30-9:00pm

  • BASEBALL SKILLS AND STRENGTH & CONDITIONING (GRADES 3-5)
